Who is the Loan Company?

The Loan Company* is an award-winning mortgage brokerage that specialises in providing home loan finance for first homebuyer construction clients. I already own my own land, can you help me?

Yes certainly, we’re a single storey home builder and if your land is in Perth we can help you build your dream home!

Where does HomeStart build in Perth?

HomeStart builds all throughout the Perth metropolitan area as well as some regional areas. We build as far north as Gingin, as far east as Northam and has far south as Preston Beach. So we’re bound to be able to help you build your dream home or find the right house and land package to suit your lifestyle and budget.

I have been declined in the past based on my credit history – can HomeStart help me?

We’d love to help. HomeStart through its finance partners at The Loan Company will look at the options available that take into consideration past credit problems.

Do I need to make mortgage repayments whilst my new home is being built?

Government-assisted finance takes into consideration that it is not easy to pay rent and a mortgage at the same time. Talk to an experienced HomeStart consultant and our finance partners at The Loan Compnay will find out if you qualify.

How much deposit do I need to own my own home?

We know how hard it can be to get together a home deposit. Fortunately, low deposit home loans are available! Simply talk to a HomeStart consultant and through our finance brokers at The Loan Company, they will explain different options and what current government grants are available.

Am I committed to anything if a consultant makes an appointment?

HomeStart consultants are happy to provide all information regarding home designs and land availability absolutely free and all your finance assistance requirements through The Loan Company.

Do I have to be a first homebuyer?
